I just arrived home from The Mission Society intern training in Norcross, Georgia. I now have 11 days before I depart to Peru for 76 days! I am very excited to see God work in me and through me through this amazing opportunity. The training session has me fired up and ready to get there! I am feeling a little overwhelmed at all the things that I must accomplish before I depart, but I know the Lord will help me to get everything wrapped up here. (It would be nice if I would stop over-stressing about it though.) I just have a few more things to complete---shopping, settling financial matters, and fulfilling appointments---and I'll be off!
This is a short record of my experiences while ministering in Huancayo, Peru. Hopefully, it will help to keep you all, my family and friends, updated on my needs and thoughts while I am away. I will be departing on May 28, 2007 and returning August 11, 2007. I am so excited about God's purpose and plan!!!! ~ Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations... teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
